Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• All sale or discounted items

Returns

Walker’s does not offer refunds.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for any exchange or store credit.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Items must be unused and in their original condition, including all packaging and tags.

If an exchange cannot be completed, store credit will be issued for the original purchase amount.

Online Orders & Shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.

Walker’s Western Store is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Returned Checks

A $25 service fee will be applied to all returned checks.
